The FIRM was founded by brothers Atty. Leo Anselmo L.V. Lalusis and Atty. Levy John L.V. Lalusis, under the guidance of their senior partner and uncle, Atty. Diosdado Anselmo Q. Lalusis, LPT.

The brothers Atty. Leo and Atty. Levy are the sons of the late Chief Danielito Q. Lalusis, who served the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) with utmost integrity and excellence for almost 30 years prior to his untimely passing.
